Books we are looking for
We buy selected second-hand books and also welcome donations in these categories:
- Books in French for adults, children and young adults.
- French and Francophone authors translated into English.
- French–English bilingual books.
- Books for learning French (FLE): coursebooks, graded readers, grammar and vocabulary books, and teaching resources.
Send us a few photos, your location and whether you would like to sell or donate. We will confirm which books we can accept.
Sell
Send photos or a short list. For the books selected, we offer a cash price or a higher amount in bookshop credit, agreed before handover and subject to checking their condition.
Choose a voucher for online use only or market and bookshop use only. Any remaining credit stays with that option.
Tell us about your books
You are welcome to write in French or English. A few details are enough to get started; we will contact you about the next steps.
